
Dr. Arnis Leikarts is project director and consultant with wide experience of managing transnational, cross-functional and regional projects. He has worked in the fields of corporate finance and IT development, as well as project management and monitoring. He has has undertaken consultancy work for organisations in project and project portfolio management in the following sectors – financial, insurance, IT, education, transport, rural development, forest management and development, veterinary industry, fishing industry and production and monitored investment projects in North Africa. He has been leading Project Management Office at ELKO Group JSC – billion-turnover trading company – leading distributor of IT products and consumer electronics in the Baltic region and Europe. Currently he is Managing director of the Baltu Veterinaria, JSC. regional agricultural trading company.

Dr. Arnis Leikarts is honorary member of the Latvian National Project Management Association (LNPMA). He is active IPMA-4-Level certification assessor. He has been a Board Member of the LNPVA since 2005 and from 2010 to 2012 Chairman. He holds a Ph.D. in the Management of Strategy and Programmes from SKEMA Business School(France). He is IPMA®Level B Portfolio Management certified.
