For over 25 years, I have helped organizations turn vision into reality. My experience spans corporate finance, IT development, education, transport, rural development, veterinary and fishing industries. Across all these fields, my focus has remained the same — enabling transformation through excellence in project, program, and portfolio management.
I work with executives and leadership teams to bring clarity to complex project landscapes, strengthen governance, and improve performance, ensuring strategies deliver tangible results.
Academia and Mentoring
Beyond consultancy, I am committed to advancing knowledge and supporting future leaders. As Chairman of the State Examination Commission for the Master’s program in Project Management at RISEBA University, and through my involvement at the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, I guide students in developing strong management competencies.
I also contribute to the regional business environment as a member of the Jelgava Municipality Entrepreneurs’ Advisory Board. Internationally, I mentor young entrepreneurs in programs such as Bridge for Billions, helping them transform ideas into impactful ventures.
Leadership and Industry Engagement
I serve as Managing Director of Baltu Veterinaria, a regional agricultural trading company, and remain deeply engaged in the project management community. As a long-standing member of the Latvian National Project Management Association, I’ve had the honor of chairing its Board. Today, I lead the IPMA 4-Level Certification Council at Latvia-CERT advancing professional standards across industries.
